Cancellation Policy

At Eric Marshall Salon, we value your time and business. To ensure smooth scheduling, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge, while missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost, with repeated no-shows requiring prepayment for future bookings. Certain services or new clients may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to the service cost but forfeited for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. We understand emergencies happen—please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to assist you.
